The Building Inspection Department can give you information about zoning requirements, platting procedure, and permits which may be required for your site. Once these requirements are met, this department will help you with you building permit, fence permit, pool permit and/or other permits, which may be required for your needs. The Building Inspection Department can give you the cost of permits and impact fees, which are applicable to your property. You will need to provide a copy of your house plans and site plan in order to complete the permit process.
